Trip Facilitators are self-starting, energetic, and motivated women who spend their days making friends, instigating community, and keeping our curated tours running smoothly. They are known for their calm demeanor and caring attitudes. Successful facilitators love the Bold Spirit brand and can’t wait to tell everyone about it. This is a demanding job but it is also incredibly rewarding.

Facilitators know how to make everyone feel welcome. They are practiced communicators who always put the guests first. And, they know how to create the right environment for FUN.


THE (AMAZING) JOB

Trip Facilitators are in charge of groups of up to 13 women over the course of our four to 10 days. We have some longer tours and a few weekend tours. We even offer a handful of day tours. Our trips happen all over the world.

TRAINING

If you’re worried about your level of experience, do not be. We offer a comprehensive training program in order to cover any of the hard skills required for the job. If you love inspiring women to see the world, then this job is made for you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Fluent English
21 or over
2 years university or equivalent work experience
Confident and friendly demeanor
Highly organized
People-person with unlimited patience
Willingness to become First Aid trained
Physically able to complete walking and guiding activities


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Fluent in second language (especially Spanish or Italian)
First Aid certified
Theater or Education background
Experience living in other countries
Flexible schedule
Tech-savvy in Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Workplace, and other online platforms  
Outdoor and wilderness experience or certification  (only for hiking trips)
Live in or near our tour destinations
Experience organizing and leading large groups
Completed storytelling or toastmasters classes
