Trip Facilitators are self-starting, energetic, and motivated women who spend their days making friends, instigating community, and keeping our curated tours running smoothly. This is a demanding job but it is also incredibly rewarding.

WHEN AND HOW TO APPLY

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Guiding experience or management of large groups

  • Fluent English

  • 21 or over

  • 2 years university or equivalent work experience

  • Confident and friendly demeanor

  • Highly organized

  • People-person with unlimited patience

  • Willingness to become First Aid trained

  • Physically able to complete walking and guiding activities


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Fluent in second language (especially Spanish or Italian)

  • First Aid certified

  • Theater or Education background

  • Experience living in other countries

  • Flexible schedule

  • Tech-savvy in Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Workplace, and other online platforms  

  • Outdoor and wilderness experience or certification  (only for hiking trips)

  • Live in or near our tour destinations

  • Completed storytelling or toastmasters classes
